A delicate, floral, perfumed gin, balanced with hints of summer meadow and a fresh mouthfeel of lavender and citrus oil and characterised by the natural blue colour of the Butterfly Pea flower.
BLUE RABBIT GIN
A smooth, floral, multi-layered gin, packed with botanicals inspired by Japan and Great Britain. Blue Rabbit gin is led with the distinctive character of juniper and fresh citrus notes from Japanese yuzu fruit on the nose, with just a hint of lemon, followed through with layers of smooth spice, hints of ginger and the delicate balance of Japanese Hinoki (Cypress) and green tea (sencha).
yuzu infused vodka
A velvet smooth vodka, lightly filtered through Japanese white birch charcoal and delicately infused with Japanese Yuzu citrus peel to give it a unique, refreshing flavor profile. Enjoy it straight over ice or savor it in a range of different cocktails.
oak aged spiced rum
A rich, complex, spiced rum crafted from molasses and black Kokuto sugar from the southern Japanese island of Okinawa. Heat -infused with twelve different spices and aged in Japanese oak to create a smooth, long-lasting, flavorsome spirit. Perfect on its own at room temperature or as the base for a Blue Rabbit rum cocktail.
