Ingredients
90ml Blue Rabbit Rum
30ml Fresh lime juice
30ml Fresh orange juice
120ml Soda
1 tbsp Maraschino liqueur
Dash of lemon bitters
Preparation
Step One
Add the rum, liqueur, bitters and juices into a cocktail shaker.
Step Two
Add some ice and shake for 10 seconds.
Step Three
Strain into an ice-filled collins glass.
Step Four
Top up with soda.
Step Five
Top with fresh fruit.
