Coconut Pineapple Mai Tai


  • 60ml Blue Rabbit Rum

  • 1 tbsp Amaretto

  • 20ml coconut milk

  • 1 tbsp Lime juice

  • 1 tbsp Pineapple juice

  • 1 tbsp Orange liqueur

  • 2 Maraschino cherries

  • 2 Pineapple chunks


Step One

Pour the rum, liqueur, juices, coconut milk and syrup into a cocktail shaker. Add ice.

Step Two

Shake for 10 seconds.

Step Three

Strain into a large bowl glass filled with ice.

Step Four

Garnish with the chunks of pineapple and maraschino cherries.
