Ingredients
60ml Blue Rabbit Vodka
1.5 tspn Champagne vinegar
2 Dashes citrus bitters
120ml Yellow tomatoes pureed and strained
1.5 tspn Fresh lemon juice
Slice of lemon with a feta and olive skewer
Preparation
Step One
Prepare a chilled collins glass with ice.
Step Two
Place some ice into a cocktail mixer and add the vodka, vinegar, bitters, lemon juice and tomato puree.
Step Three
Shake for 11 seconds and then strain into the collins glass.
Step Four
Season and add a dash of bitters. Garnish with a slice of lemon and lay the skewer across the glass.
