50ml Blue Rabbit Gin
50ml Grapefruit juice
25ml Homemade honey and rosemary syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Splash of soda water
Slightly wet the rim of a brandy or other wide bowl glass with a little grapefruit juice and dip into a mix of salt and brown sugar.
Place the gin, grapefruit juice, syrup and bitters into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
Top up with soda water.
