Pentacle Punch


  • 50ml Blue Rabbit Gin

  • 30ml Sherry amontillado

  • 60ml Homemade pineapple shrub

  • 30ml Clear apple juice

  • 4 Fresh basil leaves


Step One

Shake all the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice for 20 seconds.

Step Two

Strain into a glass filled with with crushed ice.

Step Three

Add a thin slice of dried apple to garnish.
