Ingredients
50ml Blue Rabbit Gin
30ml Sherry amontillado
60ml Homemade pineapple shrub
30ml Clear apple juice
4 Fresh basil leaves
Preparation
Step One
Shake all the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice for 20 seconds.
Step Two
Strain into a glass filled with with crushed ice.
Step Three
Add a thin slice of dried apple to garnish.
