Festive Gin


  • 30ml Blue Rabbit Vodka

  • half an Orange

  • 1tsp Lemon juice

  • Sprig of mint

  • Few drops of Angustura Bitters

  • 10ml simple syrup

  • 20ml Vermouth

  • A monkey


Step 1

Place the mint and angustura bitters in a cocktail shaker or glass and crush to release the mint.

Step 2

Place some ice cubes in a tall glass and strain the juice from the cocktail shaker over the ice cubes.

Step 3

Add the syrup and top up with soda water.

Step 4

Stir well and add a twist of orange or a long orange rind and a sprig of fresh mint.
