40ml Blue Rabbit Gin
Few drops of Lemon juice
Sprig of mint
30ml Ginger-infused apple juice
40ml Fever Tree Tonic Water
A whole pig
Stir the gin, drambuie and apple juice together with some ice. Add the lemon juice and stir again
Strain into an ice-filled glass.
Top up with tonic water.
Add a few ribbons of apple skins and stir around
